Refund policy

Shyplo want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

📦 Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or defective item

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

• Refund will be provided via bank transfer or UPI
• You must provide correct bank/UPI details

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Items damaged due to misuse
