At Shyplo, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.

Order Confirmation:
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on courier availability and location.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on most products. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available for most locations. Please ensure you are available to receive the order. Failure to accept COD orders may affect future order eligibility.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Delivery Attempts:
Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order is not accepted, it will be returned.

Delays:
Delays may occur due to high demand, logistics issues, or external factors. We appreciate your patience.

Incorrect Address:
Shyplo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
